油品储罐是储存易燃、易爆油料的重要设备,在石油、化工、交通、储运等行业部门应用广泛。油罐液位检测是相关企业生产、管理及安全控制的重要环节。针对轻质油品储运管理及安全监测的需求,提出了一种基于光纤垂直端面反射的检测方法。光纤端面接触油、水表面时形成玻璃-油、玻璃-水反射界面,借助油、水折射率不同的特点,测量光纤中反射光强的变化来测定界面位置,实现对油罐中油水界面的测量,测量精度可达毫米级。
