对社会弱势群体的照顾和救济,是社会救济体系中一个重要组成部分,而对这些人救济程度的高低,是衡量一个社会文明进步程度的表现。宋代政府对这群体的救济采取一定的措施,收到了一定的成效。学界对宋代社会救济、社会福利这方面的研究比较成熟,成果较多,研究的角度各有不同。但尚缺乏从社会保障对象的角度进行系统的、专门性的研究。笔者欲从以上角度出发,对这一问题进行系统的研究。 The care and relief for vulnerable groups in society are an important part of the social relief system. The level of relief given to these people is a measure of the progress of a social civilization. Song government took some measures to the relief of these groups and received some results. The scholars in the Song Dynasty social relief, social welfare research in this area is relatively mature, more results, different perspectives of the study. However, there is still a lack of systematic and specialized research from the perspective of social security objects. I want to proceed from the above perspective, a systematic study of this issue.
