对 H_2S 腐蚀后发生裂纹或穿孔的设备,维修时不能采用一般的焊接工艺,需作特殊要求。否则,补焊效果不理想,有的在几天后就出现整个焊口的脆性断裂或裂纹增多等现象,致使洞孔越补越大。这些问题引起了我们的重视,几年来,通过生产实践及对 H_2S 腐蚀机理的学习与研究,我们得到了对 H_2S 腐蚀后设备维修的一些体会,现归纳如下:1.维修前应仔细进行检测工作,认真分析被腐蚀设备钢材的化学成份和机械性能,据以选取适用的对接钢材、焊条。2.选用合理的焊条,一般应选用低氢型焊条,在酸性焊条和碱性焊条均可使用时,应选择扩散氢较低的碱性焊条。焊条使用前必须
