我们1987年10月至1997年10月共收治重复肾重复输尿管畸形7例,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组7例,男1例,女6例;年龄5～30岁,平均15.2岁。正常排尿同时尿湿内裤者4例,肉眼血尿2例,腰痛1例。B超检查:7例为重复肾、重复输尿管畸形,表现为重复肾不同程度积水和重复输尿管迂回扩张,其中4例伴有输尿管异位开口者,均发现输尿管迂回扩张并延至膀胱后面。静脉肾造影:3例表现为重复肾、重复输尿管畸形并积水,其中1例伴有输尿管中段结石;1例表现为左肾上段占位性病变;1
We from October 1987 to October 1997 were treated repeated renal duplication of ureteral malformations in 7 cases, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 7 patients, 1 males and 6 females; aged 5 to 30 years, mean 15.2 years old. B-ultrasound: 7 cases of recurrent renal duplication of ureteral malformations, repeated renal manifestation of varying degrees of water and repeated ureteral roundabout expansion, of which 4 patients with ureteral ectopic opening, found that ureteral devious expansion and delay to the back of the bladder. Intravenous nephrography: 3 cases showed repeated renal, repeated ureteral deformity and hydronephrosis, including 1 case with middle ureteral calculi; 1 case showed upper space occupying lesion in the left kidney; 1
