为探寻信阳毛尖茶不同产区茶鲜叶品质的差异,对信阳毛尖茶5个产区(浉河区、平桥区、光山县、罗山县和新县)的2批春茶和1批夏茶鲜叶中主要品质成分进行测定和分析。结果表明,5个茶区的3批次茶鲜叶中氨基酸总量、儿茶素和酯型儿茶素的含量均以浉河区最高;茶氨酸含量最高的为浉河区的第1批春茶和夏茶,罗山县的第2批春茶。5个茶区间,3批次茶鲜叶中茶多酚、水浸出物、茶多糖和非酯型儿茶素的平均含量差异不显著,而咖啡碱、氨基酸、茶氨酸、儿茶素和酯型儿茶素的平均含量存在显著或极显著差异。5个茶区的春茶与夏茶鲜叶中咖啡碱、儿茶素的含量差异不显著,而茶多酚、茶多糖、氨基酸、茶氨酸、酯型儿茶素和非酯型儿茶素的含量存在显著或极显著差异。
