根据孔隙材料及致密体的塑性变形理论,揭示了热等静压过程中粉末体及其包套的几何尺寸和相对密度的演化规律。在此基础上,提出了粉末体在圆柱形包套内均匀致密的判据,对包套尺寸的确定具有指导意义。应用本文提出的方法分析FGH95粉末高温合金热等静压过程,理论分析结果与试验数据吻合。
According to the plastic deformation theory of porous materials and densified bodies, the evolution rules of the geometrical and relative densities of the powders and their envelopes during hot isostatic pressing were revealed. On this basis, the criterion of uniform compactness of powder body in cylindrical envelope is proposed, which is instructive for the determination of envelope size. The method proposed in this paper is used to analyze the hot isostatic pressing process of FGH95 powder superalloy. The theoretical analysis is in good agreement with the experimental data.
