医院感染是当今医学研究和提高医疗质量的重要课题这一。为了掌握和了解我们医院的医院感染确切情况,我们对1993年1～12月份我院出院病例,进行了回顾性调查分析。 资料和方法 1993年1～12月份的出院病例11151例,其中发生医院感染285例。我们将285价病例接统一表格,逐项查阅登记,并做统计分析。 各部位医院感染诊断标准,感染率计算方法,均按全国医院感染监测中心统一标准和方法。
Hospital infection is an important issue in today’s medical research and medical quality improvement. In order to grasp and understand the exact situation of nosocomial infection in our hospital, we conducted a retrospective investigation and analysis of the discharged patients in our hospital from January to December 1993. Materials and Methods From January to December 1993, 11,151 patients were discharged, of which 285 were hospitalized. We will receive 285 cases of a unified form of cases, one by one check registration, and make statistical analysis. Various parts of the hospital infection diagnostic criteria, infection rate calculation method, according to the National Hospital Infection Monitoring Center uniform standards and methods.
