目的探讨社区全科医生对2型糖尿病患者管理的效果。方法将本社区门诊2010年10~12月诊治的80例糖尿病患者,遵照知情同意原则,随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规社区门诊治疗方法,干预组在对照组的基础上由全科医生加入家庭责任制的健康教育,定期随访,监测血糖等持续的社区管理方式,6个月后比较两组人群的空腹血糖水平。结果干预组的空腹血糖,明显低于对照组。结论全科医生的社区干预对糖尿病患者遵医嘱行为具有积极的影响,提高了患者对糖尿病的认知度,从而对患者的血糖控制起到有效作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of community general practitioners on management of type 2 diabetes patients. Methods Eighty diabetic patients diagnosed and treated in this community clinic from October to December of 2010 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to the principle of informed consent. Forty patients in the control group were treated by routine community outpatient treatment. The patients in the control group On the basis of health education, regular follow-up and monitoring of blood sugar and other community-based management by GPs, the fasting blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared after 6 months. Results The fasting blood glucose of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The community intervention of GPs has a positive effect on compliance of patients with diabetes and improves the patient’s awareness of diabetes so as to effectively control the blood sugar of the patients.
