目的观察青少年近视患者配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜(Ortho-KCL)后裸眼视力、角膜曲率、角膜厚度、眼轴长度的变化。方法应用欧普康视科技股份有限公司提供的梦戴维夜戴型角膜塑形镜,对2010年6月至2012年6月于第二军医大学长征医院门诊就诊并随访的近视度数<-6.00D的50例患者(100眼)进行矫治。采用综合验光仪检测患者配戴前和配戴3、6、12、24个月后的裸眼视力,角膜地形图检测角膜曲率和角膜厚度,眼科A/B超测量眼轴长度。结果患者配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜3、6、12、24个月后裸眼视力较戴镜前均稳定提高;角膜曲率平均K值均减小(P均<0.01)。左右眼配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜3、6、12、24个月后角膜厚度与戴镜前相比均无明显改变(P均>0.05);眼轴长度略增加,但与戴镜前比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论配戴夜戴型角膜塑型镜能够有效提高近视青少年的裸眼视力,有效、安全地减缓近视发展。
Objective To observe the change of uncorrected visual acuity, corneal curvature, corneal thickness and ocular axial length after adolescent myopia wearing Ortho-KCL. Methods The Night Vision Ophthalmoscope provided by Overton Technology Co., Ltd. was used to evaluate the myopia degree <-6.00D at the outpatient clinic of Changzheng Hospital of Second Military Medical University between June 2010 and June 2012 Of 50 patients (100 eyes) were treated. The uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) of corneal astigmatism and corneal thickness were measured before and 3, 6, 12 and 24 months after wearing. The axial length of Ophthalmology A / B was measured. Results The visual acuity of uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) increased steadily at 3, 6, 12 and 24 months after wearing Orthokeratology Orthokeratology. The average K value of corneal curvature decreased (P <0.01). Left and right eye wear night wear orthokeratology lens 3, 6, 12, 24 months after the corneal thickness compared with before wearing the mirror had no significant change (P all> 0.05); axial length slightly increased, but wearing glasses There was no significant difference before comparison (all P> 0.05). Conclusion wearing night wear type orthokeratology lens can effectively improve the naked eye vision of young people with myopia, effectively and safely slow the development of myopia.
