房地产作为一项基本产业,与老百姓的生活是息息相关的。而随着时代的发展和社会的进步,我国的房地产市场也处于迅猛的发展当中。如今,房地产行业已逐渐成为我国重要的经济产业支柱。但作为典型的资金密集型的行业,房地产这一行业具有投资大、风险高、周期久、供应链长以及地域性极强的特点,这就要求房地产企业通过在经营活动中的财务管理,来对企业的收益和风险进行有效的管理。本文作者在房地产开发公司财务主管岗位多年,根据房地产企业在财务管理方面存在的问题,提出相应的解决措施或建议,希望能给房地产企业的财务管理工作带来有益的参考。
