本文就Patched/hedgehog信号通路与膀胱肿瘤的关系作一综述。
Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor in urinary system in our country. Most of them (more than 90%) are transitional cell carcinoma. More than 70% of transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) relapse after treatment, and about 10% to 15% of recurrent tumors appear Malignancy increased. If you can clearly cause the mechanism of bladder cancer recurrence, predict the recurrence of bladder cancer, will improve the patient’s treatment. Hedgehog signaling plays an important role in embryonic development, controlling the proliferation and fate of cells [1]. In recent years, people have found that many diseases are related to this signaling pathway. When this signal pathway is abnormally activated, it will cause the occurrence and development of tumors. This article reviews the relationship between the Patched / hedgehog signaling pathway and bladder tumors.
