采用称重法对颗粒状的SAPO-34和条状的ZSM-5在恒温恒湿箱中对水的吸附特性进行实验研究。将2种沸石的动态吸附特性曲线和吸附等温线进行拟合。实验结果表明,在同一温度下两种沸石的吸附率均随相对湿度的增加而增大,但是SAPO-34在空气相对湿度70%~80%范围内变化较敏感,而ZSM-5在相对湿度60%~70%范围内变化较敏感。它们的吸附速度是时间的减函数,但是随温度和相对湿度的增加而增大。与ZSM-5相比,SAPO-34作为吸附剂可以缩短循环吸附时间。另外比较2种沸石的吸附等温线发现,SAPO-34的冷凝温度较高,对环境的要求较低,因此更适于夏季空调、制冷系统。
Adsorption characteristics of granular SAPO-34 and stripped ZSM-5 in a constant temperature and humidity chamber were studied by using the weighing method. The dynamic adsorption curves and adsorption isotherms of two zeolites were fitted. The experimental results show that the adsorption rate of both zeolites increases with the increase of relative humidity at the same temperature, but the change of SAPO-34 is more sensitive in the relative humidity range of 70% ~ 80%, while the relative humidity of ZSM- 60% ~ 70% change is more sensitive. Their adsorption rate is a decreasing function of time, but increases with increasing temperature and relative humidity. Compared with ZSM-5, SAPO-34 as an adsorbent can shorten the cycle adsorption time. In addition, comparing the adsorption isotherms of the two kinds of zeolites, it is found that SAPO-34 has higher condensation temperature and lower environmental requirements, so it is more suitable for summer air-conditioners and refrigeration systems.
