中等职业学校的学生管理是教育工作者研究的热点和难点之一。将柏拉图、鱼骨图、艾森豪威尔原则等引入中职生班级管理质控中,初步探索出一套“数理管理”模式,锻炼学生的自我管理能力,并且使书本理论在实践中得以应用,可取得良好的管理效果。
