目的:研究制备野菊花浸膏过程中水提清膏相对密度对野菊花出膏率的影响。方法:采用分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果:水提清膏相对密度在1.10～1.13之间出膏率最高,同时浸膏的总黄酮含量也相应较高。结论:该提取方法可行,结果可靠。
Objective: To study the influence of the relative density of water extract in the preparation of wild chrysanthemum extract on the extraction rate of Chrysanthemum indicum. Methods: The content of total flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry. Results: The relative density of water extract clear paste in the highest rate of 1.10 to 1.13 out of the cream, while the extract of the total flavonoid content is also higher. Conclusion: This method is feasible and the result is reliable.
