目的为了荧光共振解量转移(FRET)技术的进一步成熟发展,及其在药物筛选中的深入应用。方法从FRET的基本理论出发,综述了FRET的最新实验技术和最新应用研究进展,包括时间分辨FRET、单分子FRET、FRET-荧光寿命成像(FRET-FLIM)技术等,以及FRET在高通量药物筛选、高内涵药物筛选等方面的最新应用情况,并对FRET在药物筛选方面的发展进行了展望。结果与结论FRET技术已经在生命科学和药学的各个领域得到了广泛应用,对建立药物筛选模型、药物新靶点的研究具有重要价值。
Objective To further develop the FRET technology and its further application in drug screening. Methods From the basic theory of FRET, the latest experimental techniques and the latest research progress of FRET are reviewed, including time-resolved FRET, single-molecule FRET, FRET-FLIM, and FRET in high-throughput drugs Screening, high content of drug screening and other aspects of the latest application, and the development of FRET in drug screening prospects. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION FRET technology has been widely used in various fields of life sciences and pharmacy. It is of great value to establish a drug screening model and a new drug target.
