提高课堂教学效率一直是广大教师的孜孜追求。向40分钟要质量,更是一线教师常挂嘴边的教学理念之一。效率,是指单位时间内完成的工作量。对于课堂而言,就是40分钟能完成的教学任务。传统的教学,选择什么方法,思考什么问题,都在教师的“操纵”下进行,课堂氛围沉闷,渐渐导致学生厌学,教师厌教。问题归根结底就是教师没有关注学生的学习状态,抑制了学生的个性,忽略了学生的主体作用,学生是学习的主角,教师是学生的引路
