养正饮对L7212白血病小鼠白细胞介素-6活性及其mRNA表达的影响

为探讨L 72 1 2白血病小鼠和其受体鼠 -近交系 61 5小鼠白细胞介素 -6(IL -6)活性及IL -6mRNA的表达 ,和益气养阴中药养正饮对其活性及表达的影响。用IL -6依赖株 7TDI及细胞原位杂交的方法检测了由ConA诱导的脾细胞培养上清中IL -6活性及脾细胞IL -6mRNA表达。结果 :由ConA诱导的L72 1 2的白血病小鼠脾细胞培养上清中IL -6活性明显低于 61 5小鼠 ,P <0 .0 1 ;其脾细胞中IL -6mRNA表达也明显低于 61 5小鼠 ,P <0 .0 1。养正饮能显著提高ConA诱导的L 72 1 2白血病小鼠脾细胞培养上清中的IL -6活性 ,P <0 .0 5,并能显著提高其mRNA表达水平 ,P <0 .0 5。提示养正饮可作为生物反应调节剂用于白血病的临床治疗。 To investigate the interleukin-6 (IL-6) activity and the expression of IL-6 mRNA in mice with L 72 1 2 leukemia and its receptor murine-inbred mouse 61-5, and Its activity and expression effects. The activity of IL-6 in the culture supernatant of spleen cells induced by ConA and the expression of IL-6 mRNA in spleen cells were detected by IL-6-dependent 7TDI and in situ hybridization. RESULTS: IL-6 activity was significantly lower in culture supernatants of leukemia mice induced by ConA than in 61 5 mice (P < 0.01); IL-6 mRNA expression was also significantly lower in spleen cells of spleen cells. 61 5 mice, P <0. Yangzheng Decoction significantly increased the IL-6 activity in the culture supernatant of ConA-induced spleen cells of L 72 12 leukemia mice, P < 0.05, and significantly increased the mRNA expression level, P <0. . It is suggested that Yangzheng can be used as a biological response modifier for the clinical treatment of leukemia.
