管理理论作为一门学科也随着科学技术的进步不断深化。管理理论作为企业发展过程中的一项重要精神物质保障,在同企业发展共进退,企业管理理论从理性管理到非理性管理,再到两者融合管理,最后与企业发展和谐的融为一体,为企业管理提供了重要的指导和引领价值。管理理论一路发展至今,较传统的管理模式最大的区别即由物到人的管理,作为现代化企业管理理论必须做到与时俱进,以便更好地服务于企业。文章从管理理论的演进历史分析出传统企业与现代企业管理模式的区别,并探讨思考未来企业管理模式创新发展的新趋势。
Management theory as a discipline also deepens with the progress of science and technology. As an important spiritual material guarantee in the process of enterprise development, management theory advances and retreats from the development of the enterprise. Management theory has been developed all the way to the present, the biggest difference between the traditional management mode is from things to people management, as a modern enterprise management theory must be advancing with the times in order to better serve the business. The article analyzes the difference between traditional enterprises and modern enterprise management mode from the evolution history of management theory and discusses the new trend of thinking about the innovation and development of enterprise management mode in the future.
