①目的探讨国产磺甲唑对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的致突变作用。②方法用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的组氨酸缺陷性突变菌种ＴＡ９７，ＴＡ９８，ＴＡ１００和ＴＡ１０２，在加或不加肝微粒体酶系的情况下测试国产磺甲唑的致突变作用。③结果国产磺甲唑对４种突变菌株的回变菌落数不超过自发回变数的２倍。④结论在本试验条件下，国产磺甲唑无致突变作用。
Objective To investigate the mutagenic effects of domestic sulfamethazine against Salmonella typhimurium. Methods The mutagenicity of domestic sulfamethazole was tested with TA78, TA98, TA100 and TA102 His-tagged Salmonella typhimurium mutants with or without microsomes. The results of domestic sulfamethoxazole on the four mutant strains back to the number of colonies does not exceed 2 times the spontaneous return variable. ④ Conclusion Under the conditions of this test, the domestic sulforazole has no mutagenic effect.
