目的:了解蔬菜淡季全训部队的营养供给情况和部队执行新的伙食标准情况,指导部队合理膳食。方法:采用称量法,连续5d对某步兵连进行膳食调查;采用生活观察法,对4名有代表性的战士进行24h跟踪观察,计算热能消耗。结果:总热量超过军队供给量标准,但副食品种类单调,豆类及其制品以及蔬菜供给不足;维生素部分品种缺乏;脂肪超标;三大营养素产热比例失调;蛋白质数量基本达标,但优质蛋白所占比例偏低。结论:该连队膳食结构不尽合理。建议加强对采购人员营养卫生知识教育,保证食物供给品种多样化,改进烹调方法,进而达到均衡营养
OBJECTIVE: To understand the nutrient supply situation of the off-season vegetable training troops in the off-season and the implementation of the new food standards by the troops so as to guide the troops to a reasonable diet. Methods: Weighing method was used to investigate the diet of an infantry company for 5 consecutive days. Using the method of life observation, 4 representative soldiers were observed for 24h and the heat consumption was calculated. Results: The total calories exceeded the supply standard of the army, but the types of non-staple foods were monotonous, the supplies of beans and their products and vegetables were insufficient, the lack of some vitamins, the excessive fat, the imbalance of heat production among the three nutrients, The proportion is low. Conclusion: The company diet structure is not reasonable. It is suggested to strengthen the education of nutrition and health knowledge for purchasers, ensure diversification of food supply varieties and improve cooking methods so as to achieve balanced nutrition
