犁铧是量大面广的易损农机基础件,每年约消耗约万吨左右钢材。但是目前国产的65SiMnRe钢犁铧使用寿命很短,在东北黑粘土中可耕300~500亩,在北京沙壤土中可耕100~200亩,在海南岛沙土中只耕50~80亩。犁铧磨损变钝后严重降低了耕作质量,并使油耗增加。为了提高犁铧的耐磨性,延长使用寿命,我们决定对犁铧进行等离子堆焊的研制工作。研制结果表明:一片等离子堆焊犁铧能顶三片标准犁铧用,可提高
Plowshare is a large amount of vulnerable agricultural basic parts, about every year about consumption of about 10,000 tons of steel.
