目前,香菇上市季节集中在春季,其次是秋、冬季,上市时间集中,产量饱和,但夏季上市量却极少,造成夏菇供不应求的局面。早在几年前,丽水食用菌业务部门就致力于夏菇开发,并获得成功。现就该项技术作一简单介绍。1.菌株与播种夏菇生产,选种是关键,当家品种以高温型菌株为宜,如 ZL01、广香47、8500、8001等,其抗逆力强,出菇中心温度20~30℃。夏菇生产的菌棒接种期,应安排在3月,4~5月发菌,6~11月出菇。
