近年来,铁氧体市场非常疲软,对产品质量要求越来越高,但价格却一再下跌,为了开拓市场,经市场调研后我们研制开发了大型磁芯产品。压制大型磁芯产品,需要与之相匹配的大吨位干压成型设备。大吨位干压成型设备关键问题就是控制操作这一环节,针对这一难题,我们采用了PLC控制,因为其可靠性高、环境适应性好、抗干扰能力强、接线简单、编程简单和使用方便等优点。通过几个月的试运行,取得了很好的效果,产品合格率达到95％以上,经济效益也非常可观。
