干旱对农业生产的危害日趋严重。选育抗旱作物品种是应对干旱的有效方法之一,因此抗旱作物资源的筛选对作物适应干旱环境具有重大意义。以田间种植的马铃薯无性二代群体210份为材料,利用20%的PEG-6000溶液胁迫离体叶片进行抗旱材料筛选,采用生理指标进行抗旱性评价,结合产量性状综合分析。初步筛选得到90份材料,用生理指标评价后得到14份在丙二醛(MDA)含量、电导率和相对含水量3项抗旱生理指标上表现好的材料,对这14份材料进行生理指标及产量性状的相关分析、主成分分析,综合评价出6份高产优质抗旱的马铃薯材料。该研究为马铃薯抗旱种质资源的筛选及评价提供了快速有效的方法。
Drought damage to agricultural production is worsening. Breeding drought-resistant crop varieties is one of the effective ways to deal with drought, so the screening of drought-resistant crop resources is of great significance for crops to adapt to drought environment. 210 cultivars of potato asexual population in field were used as materials to screen drought-resistant materials by in vitro leaves with 20% PEG-6000 solution. Physiological indexes were used to evaluate drought resistance, and the yield characters were analyzed comprehensively. A total of 90 materials were screened and 14 materials with good MDA content, conductivity and relative water content were obtained after physiological index evaluation. Physiological indexes of these 14 materials were also analyzed. Yield traits correlation analysis, principal component analysis, a comprehensive evaluation of 6 high yield and drought-resistant potato material. The research provided a quick and effective method for the screening and evaluation of potato drought-resistant germplasm resources.
