采用有限元热弹塑性分析方法对非对称工字型构件不同焊接顺序的焊接变形进行模拟分析。分析结果表明,焊接顺序对非对称工字型构件的残余应力和变形有较大影响,采用先焊一侧,再焊另一侧的依次施焊方案所得到的残余应力和纵向弯曲变形最小。同时工字型截面结构非对称对残余应力和纵向弯曲变形也存在影响,翼缘较短一侧的残余应力和弯曲变形均较大,翼缘较长一侧较小。
The finite element analysis of the thermal elasto-plasticity was used to simulate the welding deformation of the asymmetrical I-shaped members with different welding sequences. The analysis results show that the welding sequence has a significant effect on the residual stress and deformation of the asymmetrical I-shaped member. The residual stress and longitudinal bending deformation obtained by the sequential welding method on the first welding side and the second welding side are the smallest. At the same time, the asymmetry of the I-shaped cross-section also has influence on residual stress and longitudinal bending deformation. The residual stress and bending deformation on the shorter side of the flange are larger and the longer side of the flange is smaller.
