在职高物理教学中,不做好“学困生”转化工作是不可能全面提高教学成绩的。通过分析“学困生”的具体表现和产生的原因,并结合教学实践,浅谈五点转化措施,以供借鉴。
In high vocational physics teaching, it is impossible to improve teaching achievements in an all-round way. Through analyzing the concrete manifestation and the causes of “learning hardship students” and combining with the teaching practice, we discuss the five-point conversion measures for reference.
