本研究采用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法对幽门螺杆菌阳性和阴性胃粘膜增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）、转化生长因子α（ＴＧＦ－α）、表皮生长因子受体（ＥＧＦＲ）表达进行对比分析，结果表明ＨＰ阳性胃粘膜ＰＣＮＡ、ＴＧＦ－α、ＥＧＦＲ的表达显著高于ＨＰ阴性胃粘膜（Ｐ＜０．０５），且在不典型增生时达高峰。结果提示ＨＰ感染的胃粘膜处于高增殖状态。粘膜高增殖状态可能与ＴＧＦ－α／ＥＧＦＲ过量表达有关。这也是ＨＰ致胃癌发生的机制之一。
In this study, immunohistochemical LSAB method for Helicobacter pylori positive and negative gastric mucosal proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), transforming growth factor alpha (TGF-α), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expression were compared, the results showed that HP The expression of PCNA, TGF-α and EGFR in positive gastric mucosa was significantly higher than that in HP negative gastric mucosa (P <0.05), and peaked at dysplasia. The results suggest that HP-infected gastric mucosa in a high proliferative state. Mucosal hyperproliferation may be related to TGF-α / EGFR overexpression. This is also one of the mechanisms by which HP causes gastric cancer.
