在短跑的技术教学中,起跑技术的好坏,直接影响到运动员动作技术能否稳定发挥,影响到运动员能否取得优异的运动成绩。在教授蹲踞式起跑的过程中,笔者结合多年的实践经验,针对学生容易出现的各种错误动作,总结出了一套行之有效的训练方法,即通过进行“哨声”与“动作”技术的完美结合,使学生在教师的哨声中有效地完成了对起跑技术的学习与掌握,并取得了较好的学习效果。现将方法介绍如下:
