各位领导、各位代表、同志们:我自2004年9月起担任威乳高速公路第二合同段项目经理,2005年任公司副总经理。2005年我的项目管理目标责任主要是完成施工产值9140万元,上交款1080万元(含青银二期前期投入250万元),职工工资及时发放和社保四项基金足额上缴,工程质量安全无事故,年度综合评比确保前三名。经过努力,全部完成各项责任指标,完成的施工产值和上交款是全公司最多的,而且在业主年终考核中还以总分第一名的优异成绩获得“威乳高速公路工程建设2005年度先进施工单位”奖牌。现将我的履职情况汇报如下,请审议。
