为解决平菇栽培过程中培养料失水以及补水问题,提高平菇产量,本试验将不同类型(MP3005KM、MP3005KB、MP-KR、MP-KS)、不同浓度(0.1%、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%)的保水剂吸水制成凝胶颗粒后进行拌料处理,并对平菇菌丝生长、出菇以及产量等进行观察与测定研究。结果表明,保水剂使用浓度为0.5%时效果最好,可使菌丝布满袋时间提前2 d~5 d,出菇提前4 d~6 d,产量提高20%左右。保水剂使用浓度≥1%时,菌丝生长受到抑制、出菇时间延迟,且浓度越大,菌丝生长及出菇速度越缓慢,对产量亦产生不利影响。在保水剂对菌丝生长、出菇以及产量的影响趋势方面,4种保水剂之间并无明显区别。由此可见,选择适宜浓度的保水剂制成凝胶颗粒进行拌料处理,是解决平菇栽培过程中培养料失水以及补水问题,提高平菇产量的有效途径,值得推广应用。
In order to solve the problem of water loss and replenishment of culture material during the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus and to improve the production of Pleurotus ostreatus, different types (MP3005KM, MP3005KB, MP-KR, MP-KS) , 1.5%, 2%) of the water-retaining agent to obtain gel particles after mixing material processing, and mushroom growth, fruiting and yield were observed and measured. The results showed that when the concentration of water-retaining agent was 0.5%, the best effect was obtained. The time for bagging mycelium was 2 days to 5 days ahead of schedule and the fruiting time was 4 days to 6 days in advance, and the yield increased about 20%. When using water retaining agent ≥1%, the growth of mycelium was inhibited, the fruiting time was delayed, and the greater the concentration, the slower the growth of mycelium and fruiting speed, had an adverse effect on the yield. There was no significant difference between the four kinds of SAPs in the tendency of the super absorbent polymers on mycelial growth, fruiting and yield. Thus, the selection of appropriate concentration of water-retaining agent made of gel particles for processing spices is to solve the cultivation of mushroom materials during the loss of water and water problems, improve the yield of mushrooms an effective way, it is worth promoting the application.
