在以力量和速度见长的武术训练中,柔韧性是一个运动员充分发挥其身体机能的根本,它决定着运动员的每个动作所能达到的程度和水准。然而对于柔韧性的训练强度和方法,则取决于运动员本身身体素质的发挥。然而柔韧性究竟在武术训练中有着怎样的影响,怎样使柔韧性的训练让运动员在武术技术中有更好的发展,是本文所要研究的方向。
In martial arts training which is known for its strength and speed, flexibility is the basis for an athlete to fully exert his or her bodily functions. It determines the degree and standard that athletes can reach for each action. However, the training intensity and method for flexibility depend on the athlete’s physical fitness. However, what kind of influence does flexibility have in Wushu training? How to make the training flexible to make athletes develop better in Wushu is the direction to be studied in this article.
