当前,一些高校在声乐人才培养中不同程度地存在重技术、轻人文等“五重五轻”现象。对此,音乐类院校应当在声乐人才培养中发挥引领、示范作用,率先培养高素质的声乐人才。这类人才不仅应当具有扎实的音乐基本功,而且更应注重培养综合性的艺术素养、个性化的艺术表现力以及追求真、善、美的人文情怀。要培养高素质声乐人才,学校和教师应当遵循主动体验、反思评价、启发引导、综合融通等教学原则,并着重把握好多维度的歌唱语言训练、多学科知识拓展下的歌唱技术训练、个性化的音乐表现力提升以及追求真、善、美的人文情怀培育等培养环节。
