目的:对工艺卫生不合格情况进行统计分析,发现趋势性变化,制定相应的纠正预防措施,避免不合格的再次出现。方法:对2007年5月~2010年5月本站工艺卫生监测中出现的不合格按监测位置、监测月份进行统计分析。结果:不合格中以工作环境空气细菌超标为主,占不合格的80%(28/35),不合格多出现在每年5月~7月间。结论:本站工作环境空气及物表的消毒采用紫外线,当地的气候特点夏天雨水多,空气温度高,湿度大,影响了紫外线的消毒效果。建议从完善消毒灭菌制度,增加消毒设施,规范消毒剂的种类,加强人员培训等方面采取改进措施,以保证采供血环境的洁净。
OBJECTIVE: To make statistical analysis on the unqualified situation of process hygiene, find the trend change, formulate the corrective and preventive measures to avoid the recurrence of unqualified. Methods: From May 2007 to May 2010, the substandard occurred in the process sanitary monitoring of this station was analyzed according to the monitoring position and monitoring month. Results: In the unqualified, the bacteria in the working environment exceeded the standard, accounting for 80% (28/35) of the unqualified cases. The unqualified cases occurred in May to July each year. Conclusion: The work environment air and surface disinfection using UV, the local climate characteristics of summer rain and more air temperature, humidity, affecting the UV disinfection. It is suggested to take measures to improve disinfection and sterilization system, increase disinfection facilities, regulate the types of disinfectants, and strengthen personnel training to ensure the cleanliness of the blood collection and supply environment.
