电子直线加速器一般使用线型脉冲调制器作为脉冲电源,利用人工线放电产生高压脉冲,其频率和稳定度主要由人工线充电系统决定。近年来大功率开关器件研究的深入及工艺的日趋成熟,使得将开关器件引入脉冲功率领域成为可能,为高压脉冲调制器的发展提供了方向。在线型高压脉冲调制器中,人工线可视为一电容器,本充电电源(图1)基于IGBT全桥变换器的串联谐振充电技术,为人工线充电时,其恒流特性使该线路抗短路能力强,同时与软开关技术结合,不仅有利于提升开关频率,而且大幅降低了开关损 Electronic linear accelerator linear pulse modulator is generally used as a pulse power supply, the use of artificial line discharge to produce high-voltage pulse, the frequency and stability of the artificial line charging system.
