Athletes always want to be excited when they race, but to what extent is excitement the most conducive to play? Audiences on the stands may think that athletes are more excited about the performance of the better, but this may not be the case. Excessive excitement will not allow athletes to play their best level. The same applies to students facing exams. In a certain range, the more excited, the more active the study, the better the exam results will be. However, once you exceed a certain point of excitement, excitement can create anxiety, which can also decrease your test scores. This shows that the appropriate emotions have a significant impact on human behavior. Emotions are the experience of people’s attitude to objective things and reflect whether their needs are satisfied or not. As a form of people reflecting the objective world, it is an important part of human psychology and plays an important role in people’s real life and spiritual life: adaptation, motivation, signaling and organization. We focus on the impact of emotion on thinking activities. Taking the thinking activity of solving problems as an example, thinking activity is a complex psychological phenomenon. Its production and effective operation depend on the emotional state of individual happiness. Spencer
