目的:探讨在泌尿外科护理中进行饮食指导的意义。方法:对我院2010年2月至2011年5月收治的200例泌尿外科结石手术患者进行分析,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组100例。观察组在常规护理的基础上加强饮食护理,对照组进行常规护理。结果:观察组患者对饮食的自我控制能力有所提高。术后随访,本组100例患者中,复发结石者仅1例,而对照组复发者为8例。结论:在泌尿系结石患者手术之后给予饮食护理干预,可有效减少结石复发率,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the significance of dietary guidance in urological care. Methods: Two hundred patients with urolithiasis treated in our hospital from February 2010 to May 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The observation group strengthened dietary nursing on the basis of routine nursing and the control group received routine nursing. Results: The self-control ability of patients in observation group on diet increased. Postoperative follow-up, in this group of 100 patients, only 1 case of recurrent stones, while the control group, 8 cases of recurrence. Conclusion: Dietary nursing intervention after urolithiasis patients can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of stone, which is worth promoting.
