本文以焦化厂为例,从生产企业涉及竞争的五种基本活动来分析如何控制企业的管理成本,提出抓住企业核心价值链,降低企业管理成本的论点。
Taking coking plant as an example, this paper analyzes how to control the management cost of the enterprise from five basic activities involved in the competition, and puts forward the conception of grasping the core value chain and reducing the cost of enterprise management.
