目的观察补阳还五汤对实验性视神经损伤后视网膜中丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)含量的影响。方法选用SD大鼠分为正常组、假手术组、模型组及治疗组,模型组和治疗组再根据损伤后不同时间分为5 d、14 d、28 d组。采用硫代巴比妥酸法和黄嘌呤氧化酶法分别测定视网膜MDA和SOD含量。结果正常组MDA含量(2.71±0.44)nmoL/mL,治疗组术后5 d、14 d及28 dMDA含量与正常组比较无明显增高(P>0.05);模型组MDA含量与正常组比较显著增高(P<0.05)。与正常组比较,治疗组SOD活性无明显变化,模型组SOD活性下降。结论 1.视神经损伤可以导致视网膜中MDA含量增加及SOD活性下降。2.补阳还五汤对实验性视神经损伤具有一定的修复作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the retina after experimental optic nerve injury. Methods SD rats were divided into normal group, sham operation group, model group and treatment group. The model group and treatment group were divided into 5 d, 14 d, 28 d groups according to different time after injury. The contents of MDA and SOD in the retina were measured by thiobarbituric acid method and xanthine oxidase method respectively. Results The content of MDA in the normal group was (2.71 ± 0.44) nmoL / mL, the content of MDA in the treated group was not significantly higher than that of the normal group on the 5th, 14th and 28th day after operation (P> 0.05). The content of MDA in the model group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (P <0.05). Compared with the normal group, there was no significant change in the SOD activity in the treatment group and the SOD activity in the model group decreased. Optic nerve injury can lead to increased retinal MDA content and decreased SOD activity. Buyang Huanwu decoction has a certain role in the repair of optic nerve injury.
