目的了解肺癌病理过程中的能量代谢变化。方法采用高效液相法测定非小细胞性肺癌患者15例(A组)和健康体检者13例(B组)血浆腺苷酸(ATP、ADP、AMP)的含量。结果与B组比较,A组患者血浆中ATP含量下降[(0.292±0.023)mmol/L vs.(0.405±0.083)mmol/L](P<0.01),ADP升高[(0.141±0.014)mmol/L vs.(0.130±0.020)mmol/L](P<0.05),AMP含量无明显变化。结论肺癌患者血浆ATP含量较正常人为低,ADP含量升高,可能与肺癌患者体内能量代谢发生改变有关。 Objective To understand the changes of energy metabolism in the pathological process of lung cancer. Methods Plasma concentrations of adenosine monophosphate (ATP, ADP, AMP) in 15 patients with non-small cell lung cancer (group A) and 13 healthy subjects (group B) were determined by HPLC. Results Compared with group B, the plasma ATP content in group A decreased ([0.292 ± 0.023] mmol / L vs. (0.405 ± 0.083) mmol / L], and the level of ADP increased [(0.141 ± 0.014) mmol / L vs. (0.130 ± 0.020) mmol / L] (P <0.05). There was no significant change in AMP content. Conclusion Plasma ATP levels in patients with lung cancer are lower than those in normal people and ADP levels may be related to changes in energy metabolism in patients with lung cancer.
