随着团队协作研究的深入,团队成员交换和领导成员交换等团队交换变量越来越受关注。本研究对团队交换关系在团队成员积极情感特质与工作满意度间的作用进行了探索,并分析了回报警觉性的调节作用。结果表明:团队交换关系在积极情感特质和工作满意度间起部分中介作用,回报警觉性调节了团队交换关系在积极情感特质与工作满意度关系中的中介作用。研究结论对理解团队成员积极情感特质在组织关系中的作用具有借鉴意义。
With the deepening of team collaboration research, team exchange variables such as team member exchange and leadership member exchange have drawn more and more attention. This study explores the role of the team exchange relationship in the positive sentiment and job satisfaction of team members and analyzes the regulatory role of return alertness. The results show that the team exchange relationship plays a part of the intermediary role between the positive emotional traits and job satisfaction, and the alertness of the team regulates the intermediary role of the team exchange relationship in the relationship between the positive emotional traits and job satisfaction. The conclusions of the study can be used for reference to understand the role of positive emotion in team members in the organizational relationship.
