为解决CFRP绞线的锚固问题,设计了7组夹片-粘结串联式锚具进行静载试验研究。试验结果表明:粘结锚固段承担的荷载较夹片锚固段大,一定范围内在锚具总长度一定的情况下,随夹片长度增大,锚固效率系数呈下降趋势;随荷载逐级加大夹片端部应变成增大趋势,且为受拉状态;距离张拉端150mm处锚杯外侧处的径向应变随荷载增大数值变化不明显。该试验设计的锚具最高锚固效率系数能达到99.4%,满足预应力筋用锚具技术规程,能有效锚固试验所用CFRP绞线。
In order to solve the problem of anchoring CFRP stranded wire, seven groups of clips - bonded series anchor were designed for static load test. The experimental results show that the load of the anchorage section is larger than the anchorage section of the anchorage section. Under a certain range of anchorage length, with the increase of the length of the anchorage, the anchoring efficiency coefficient shows a downward trend. The end of the clip should become a trend of increasing, and it is in tension; the radial strain at the outer side of the anchor cup at the distance of 150mm from the tension end does not change obviously with the increase of load. The maximum anchorage efficiency coefficient of the designed anchorage can reach 99.4%, which meets the technical regulations for anchorage of prestressed tendons and can effectively anchor the CFRP stranded wire used in the test.
