目的研究采用超高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中角鲨烯的含量。方法样品用95%乙腈水溶液超声波提取法提取,采用ODS-C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱分析,95%乙腈水溶液为流动相,0.25 ml/min流速对角鲨烯洗脱,用DAD检测器在210 nm处分析。结果采用超高效液相色谱法比常规高效液相色谱法省时20 min,测定角鲨烯的回收率和相对标准偏差分别在94.6%~103.4%,1.3%~2.5%之间;方法最低检出浓度0.2 mg/kg,比常规高效液相色谱法降低25倍。结论该方法快速,适用于保健食品中角鲨烯含量的测定。
Objective To study the determination of squalene in health foods by ultra performance liquid chromatography. Methods The samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with 95% acetonitrile in water.
