本实验通过观察摄入AFB1及Ge-132后Wistar大鼠和昆明小鼠体内SOD活力的变化,进一步了解AFB1代谢途径和Ge-132与自由基的关系。实验表明,摄入AFB1的SOD活力受到抑制,而摄入Ge-132后SOD活力得到提高,且一次性摄入AFB1后SOD活力最终得到恢复,其中大鼠对AFB1敏感性相对较大。
In this experiment, we observed the changes of SOD activity in Wistar rats and Kunming mice after ingesting AFB1 and Ge-132 to further understand the relationship between AFB1 metabolic pathway and Ge-132 and free radicals. Experiments showed that the SOD activity of AFB1 ingested was inhibited, but the activity of SOD was increased after Ge-132 ingestion, and SOD activity was finally restored after one-time ingestion of AFB1. Rats were more sensitive to AFB1.
