目的研究锥形束CT(cone beam CT,CBCT)在牙槽突裂植骨修复术前预测植骨量的准确性。方法选择14例单侧牙槽突裂患者为研究对象,术前通过CBCT扫描获取患者上颌骨影像数据并导入Mimics软件,用该软件测量牙槽突裂骨缺损体积。在术中通过5 mL注射器测量植入牙槽突裂隙中的松质骨骨量,获得牙槽突裂骨缺损的实际体积,并与术前测量结果进行对比分析。结果 14例患者接受了牙槽突裂植骨术,手术均顺利完成,术前用CBCT和Mimics软件测量得到的牙槽突裂骨缺损体积为(2.78±0.70)mL,术中实际测量得到的牙槽突裂骨缺损体积为(2.88±0.70)mL,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术前CBCT预测牙槽突裂骨缺损体积准确率为(95.09±2.56)%。结论术前CBCT结合Mimics软件可精确计算牙槽突裂骨缺损体积。
Objective To study the accuracy of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) in prediction of bone mass before alveolar cleft grafting. Methods Fourteen patients with unilateral alveolar cleft were enrolled in this study. The maxillary imaging data were acquired by CBCT before surgery and introduced into Mimics software. The software was used to measure the volume of alveolar cleft defects. The amount of cancellous bone implanted in the alveolar cleft was measured by a 5 mL syringe during operation, and the actual volume of alveolar cleft defect was obtained, which was compared with preoperative measurements. Results Fourteen patients underwent alveolar cleft grafting and the operation was successfully completed. The volume of alveolar cleft defect measured by CBCT and Mimics software before operation was (2.78 ± 0.70) mL, and the actual measurement The volume of alveolar cleft was (2.88 ± 0.70) mL, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The accuracy of preoperative CBCT in predicting alveolar cleft defect volume was (95.09 ± 2.56)%. Conclusions Preoperative CBCT combined with Mimics software can accurately calculate the size of alveolar cleft defects.
