鼻翼黑痣临床生长活跃者,表面突出呈肿瘤样外观时,易被误诊。我院17年来收治经病理证实较大的鼻翼色素痣4例,报道如下。例1 女,24岁。左鼻翼黑痣24年,近半年来增大迅速,颜色变深,伴灼热及痒感。全身检查无异常。局部检查左鼻翼有一直径约1.2cm 肿物,呈紫黑色圆形突起,质稍硬表面不光滑,边界尚清楚。临床印象为“左鼻翼黑色素瘤?”。1964年9月14日在局麻下切除肿块包括周围0.5cm 的全层组织, The clinically active growth of nasal aegilops, with a tumor-like appearance on the surface, is easily misdiagnosed.
