随着企业规模和业务的不断拓展,对业务精湛、技术娴熟的人才的缺乏,师带徒这种传统的“传帮带”活动以其直接、简单、高效的特点,在现代施工企业管理中焕发出愈加浓厚的魅力。企业的诸多实践证明,师带徒可缩短青工掌握知识、技能的进程,是我国企业快速提高青工或转岗工人技能水平行之有效的办法。同时,针对新形势、新环境下出现的新问题,企业也在实践中探索和创新着导师带徒的新方式,不断丰富着导师带徒的内涵,在老传统中走出了新传承。
