勘探工程中送水管路防寒是冬季施工中保证生产,防止发生事故的重要问题之一。特别是东北地区气候寒冷,过去由于缺乏妥善的防寒方法,经常发生水管冻结事故,不但损失管材,造成浪费,而且影响了勘探工作。去年冬季我队曾采取了以绝缘材料(稻草、纸带蔴刀等)包紮铁管,水池烧热水,加大水箱容积,減少送水次数,敷设备用管路等方法,来防止水管冻结。但是这些方法不仅拆卸搬移麻烦,成本昂贵,而且也不能完全杜绝冻结事故发生。特别是在山势陡峻,岩石坚硬的地区,更不宜采用埋入地下的方法。对于某些浅鑽孔来说,因经常搬迁,采用固定性防寒设备是不经济的。为了克服这些毛病,我队去年曾在
