本研究观察了正常生育男性与精液溶脲脲原体培养阳性的不育男性的精子运动。用比浊法比较了两组男性精液中快速运动精子的百分率与其平均速度。此外,用血清型4溶脲脲原体人工感染正常生育男性的精子。结果表明,不育男性快速运动精子的百分率与平均速度均显著低于正常生育男性;而正常生育男性的精子受血清型4溶脲脲原体感染后,精子的活率及活力的下降。提示溶脲脲原体(血清型4)对人精子的运动具有抑制作用,可能是造成男性不育的一个因素。
This study examined the sperm motility of infertile men who had normal culture and normal cultures of spermatozoa. The percentage of fast-moving sperm in the two groups of men and their average speed were compared by turbidimetry. In addition, sperm from normal fertile males were artificially infected with serotype 4 ureaplasma urealyticum. The results showed that the percentage and average speed of fast-moving motile sperm in infertile men were significantly lower than those in normal fertile men. However, the sperm motility and viability of sperm in normal fertile men were decreased after infection with serotype 4 ureaplasma urealyticum. Tip Ureaplasma urealyticum (serotype 4) inhibition of human sperm motility may be a factor in male infertility.
