一、概况应用流态化技术使石墨粒子在炉膛内呈悬浮状作为加热介质而称为“流动粒子电炉”的热处理设备,正如许多资料上介绍它具有(1)升温速度快、耗电量省;(2)工件热处理质量好;(3)操作安全;(4)改善了劳动条件公害少;(5)炉子具有多用性、炉龄长等优点。所以这一新生事物受到了热处理工作者极大的欢迎和支持。为此,我厂从生产的需要出发,学习兄弟厂的经验,在自力更生的基础上试制了一台流动粒子电炉,在此简单介绍一下关于流动粒子电炉试制情况和一点微浅体会。至于流动粒子电炉中的一些讨论问题和设计计算及参考资料,有关数据已在戚墅堰机车车辆厂编的“流动粒子电炉”资料上和上仪情报75年第1期上都已介绍不少,故不再在此重复累述。

As for the mobile particle furnace in some of the discussion questions and design calculations and reference materials, the data has been in the Qishuyan rolling stock plant compiled “mobile particle furnace” data and on the instrument on the 1st of 75 years have been introduced a lot, so No longer repeat here.
