采用1530T型电子镜对65例肺不张患者行支气管检查。诊断率达96.9%。肺不张病因中，肺肿瘤居首位，炎症次之，结核居第三位。肺肿瘤中鳞癌占62.2%，腺癌占23.5%。电子镜还能积极配合临床进行治疗，达到满意效果。 A total of 65 patients with atelectasis were examined by bronchoscopy with a 1530T electron microscope. The diagnostic rate was 96.9%. The cause of atelectasis, lung cancer ranks first, followed by inflammation, tuberculosis ranks third. Squamous cell carcinoma in lung cancer accounted for 62.2%, adenocarcinoma accounted for 23.5%. Electronic microscope can also actively cooperate with the clinical treatment to achieve satisfactory results.
